They have a Top 12 countdown that is all Texas Music (it kicks off Club LoneStar), but the artists emblazoned on their website are Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Stephanie Urbina Jones, and Toby Keith. One of these things is most definetely not like the others. A few hours of listening to the station didn't do much to clear the matter up. Here was a typical three-in-a-row: Taylor Swift, Lee Greenwood, Dale Watson. Color us confused. |

In any given hour you're likely to hear a lotta hard twang, some crying steel, some jams from the Austin and Red Dirt scenes, an old-style classic or two, some gravelly Alt-Country, a touch of Buffett and friends -- even a few songs from those rare Nashville types who still recall what Country music's s'posed to sound like!
Give us a go. We don't s'pect we'll disappoint. It beats the hell outta stuffin' armadillos down yer pants.
